Should I tell my best friend's ex (who is also my friend) that he misses her?

He was really cut when she dumped him at this party 3 weeks ago and still is, though he tries not to show it.

Should I say something to her, because I think she might still like him a little bit.

Nope... it's not your business.  Second hand information is how a lot of bullsh*t starts.  If she has something to say to him, then it should come from her lips.... not your's.
