Hello,I work at a small plant that produces food products. I have been there for 4 years. I also have Asperger Syndrome but haven't disclosed this to my employer. I am encountering some problems on the job and am worried about getting fired. Would it be prudent for me to tell them, "If I disclose my disability to you, you might get a tax break." Or would that be stupid? What do you advise?
