Should I tell my wife?

Question

I stopped at the grocery store last night before I got drunk. Well, I got the munchies and made myself a sammich.

In my drunken condition, I ended up leaving the jar of mayo out overnight. I put it back in the fridge this morning as if nothing had happened.

I don't think that she will notice if I don't tell her.

I feel so ashamed.

Erm - I think before you get down to apologizing for leaving the majo jar out, you'd be more concerned about the fact that you returned home drunk and hungry.

i'm sure you will feel much better if you've told your wife.

your wife will support and love you no matter what.

if you feel like you're in need of help from a therapist for drinking (sorry to assume, but i'm not sure it you're ashamed bc you're an alcoholic or not), then tell that to your wife. i'm sure she'd be very grateful that you're being a responsible husband and on a road to recovery. Let her know and give you the support u need.

This is a bizarre question...what's a sammich?  Tell her because may can go bad if left out....especially if it was a warm night...someone could get sick...pump them  up and tell her.  This to me sounds like a dumb question.  why would you be ashamed and why wouldn't you want to tell her?  Is this a joke?

Oh man...you have definitely committed a mayo sin.... Time to go to confession.  Stop at the store and buy a new jar, and replace it.  Its your onlly way out of this.  If she eats a sammy and gets food poisoning...you arent going to feel very good about it.  Either come clean, or get a new one.....only two choices.  To ignore this.....it will haunt your for years.
