Should I text him or not?

Okay, I'm a MySpace RPer (role player) and I RP Amy "Lita" Dumas. Anyways, I met this guy Monday and now he's my RP boyfriend. He asked me to text him but I lied and said I didn't have minutes on my phone and told him I should be getting some soon. Should I text him or not?

I don't think it is a good idea to text him since you haven't talked talked to him OOC. Especially since you just met him yesterday. He could be a weirdo. If he is your RP boyfriend, fine...keep it that way. Just RP. If you talk to him OOC on line a few times and you find out he is who he says he is, MAYBE text him. For a guy to ask you to text the first day or second day you met him, I'd say he has an agenda in mind.

if i were you, i would insist he let you see his webcam first, so that you can make sure he isnt some 50 year old pervert who RP's just to get ahold of all the little girls who RP

Your number has your area code in it, which means he could possibly find out where you live.  I'm pretty sure you don't want that to happen. ;]  I agree with the person who said "just talk on the computer- it's free."

Doesn't texting people cost money?  You have alot or just your parents paying.  Why not talk to him on the computer - it.s free.
