  1. That's the airlines fault, not the guy that has to leave his job to drop off your stuff. Usually they make you come pick it up or they mail it to you, since he's going out of his way. I say tip.

  2. Give him $10.00, he didn't lose your luggage and he is doing a very nice thing for you.

  3. Sure why not, a lot of airports just call you and tell you to come pick it up by yourself.

  4. no  they should tip you for the inconvenience

  5. I would tip the guy.  After all, it is not his fault that your luggage was lost.  He is doing you a favor and bringing it to you so that you do not have to go and get it yourself.

  6. Yes tip him.  Especially if it's late.  He didn't lose it, he's the one returning it.

  7. I wouldn't.  I'm sure the company pays him at least minimum wage (probably more), and I bet he is driving the company car too (unlike, say, a pizza delivery guy).  You give out your money to too many people... ESPECIALLY airlines.  I was on one airline where I flew a charter plane during the 2nd leg of my trip to a friends house.  They left half the people's luggage back at the layover airport including my bag.  I didn't get it until the next day.  Very inconvenient.  (FIRST and ONLY time I didn't bring a carry-on emergency stash of clothes with me... what are the chances of that?)  I didn't tip the guy.  That's what he is paid to do.

  8. its not his fault give em a five spot
