Should I trade Grady Sizemore?

The complete trade is Grady sizemore, Brian Wilson and Derek Lowe for Dan Haren and Manny Ramirez. Should I do this? The only true Ace I have right now is Carlos Zambrano. I know I would be losing a lot of runs and SB from Grady but is it worth it to lose a total package like him for Haren?

I wouldn't do it.  Well, I wouldn't do it UNLESS you can sacrifice 10-20 steals and 10-20 saves.

If you can realistically gain more points in ERA, WHIP, and RBI than you'll lose in Steals, Saves, and Runs, then it might not be a bad deal for you.  If you won't lose much in the way of steals and the pitching categories are all bunched together in the standings, then I'd do it.  Otherwise, not so much....

Sizemore's power/speed combination is tough to give up.

I will do it G.Sizemore is very valuable but manny ramirez can produce as many rbi's and homeruns as he could so you will only be sacrifising Stolen bases...while lowe is a below average pitcher and wilson is solid. You will be getting back a rejuvenated M.Ramirez playing for a contract and a solid R.Haren who has been doing unbeliviable for the past 2 months i will do this trade.
