Should I trade Ryan Doumit for Brian McCann in my standard roto league?

I'm not in need of any one specific category, a braves fan proposed this to me and it seems to me like McCann should be the better bet, but I'm apprehensive the other owner knows something I don't.

i think you should stick with who you have. doumit is a terrific hitting catcher.  and he might know something you dont, like the fact that mccann hasn't played since the 27th due to a concussion.  

keep doumit, he is hitting .333 with decent pop.
