Should I trade Steven Jackson

Should I trade Steven Jackson and Ahmad Bradshaw for Calvin Johnson, Reggie Bush, and Maurice Jones-Drew?

My current team is:

QB- Tom Brady

RB- L. Tomlinson

RB- Steven Jackson

WR- Randy Moss

WR- Andre Johnson

WR- James Hardy

RB/WR- W. Dunn

TE- T. Scheffler

K- J. Brown

D- Dallas

BN- Favre

BN- Delhomme

BN- Bradshaw

BN- D. Ward

BN- D. Hester

It's a keeper league of 3. And before anyone asks how I got Brady, Moss, Tomlinson, Jackson, and Johnson, its because we are in our 2nd year and through trades of my draft picks and mid level players.

  1. I think you should do the trade.

P.S.  I think that is an excellent team

  2. I like that trade 4-U.Calvin Johnson should immediately upgrade your WR corps,and MJD,and R.Bush Is not a big down grade from S.Jax;

Whom I think is a bit over rated. Also Fred Taylor is very injury prone which could shift the majority of the run load to MJD,I don't wish injuries on anyone, but it could raise MJDs fantasy value significantly.

  3. no

jackson may be a big threat this year

  4. Heck Yes! Do the trade, you have LT, MJD, Reggie Bush, Warrick Dunn, and Derrick Ward. That is better than it is now. Plus the addition of Calvin Johnson ups your WR corps, since he is a fulltime starter, talented, and looking to get the ball a lot. Its the perfect trade, do it and don't look back.

  5. calvin johnson's value drops because of mike martz's departure and his quota was "chuck it down the field and if one of our WR's get it, good". the new offensive cooridinator likes balanced offenses, but detroit doesn't have a solid run threat. He'll still be good, 2nd or 3rd wide-out, with Roy Williams and Shaun McDonald getting in some plays, but otherwise, he'll be decent. I think better than James hardy for sure.

Jackson I am starting not to like. He is in St. Louis, which has one of the WORST o-lines in the nation, and the offense in general sucks.

If the other guy accepts, then do it. for sure.

then you would put bush in the RB/WR spot because warrick dunn is a risk to play because he may go backup or he may start, but he will most definitely share carries. I would pick up Robert Meachem of New Orleans. Great, athletic wide receiver and 2nd in line for catches, another deep threat for Drew Brees.

do the trade, and good luck!

  6. That trade makes sense because you would get a solid#3 WR in Johnson and a good keeper.  Bush and MJD would give you a solid #2 RB and flex player.  Hanging on to Jackson could be risky because he did not have a good year last year and it sounds like he is going to hold out for a contract.  Bradshaw is another ? because he just violated his probation though he has not been suspended yet.

  7. if u can't find someone stupid enough to accept the trade then go ahead! gl though!

  8. no way
