I finished high school last year and took this year off to work and live in Europe...and now I'm not sure whether to travel broadly next year with a friend or go to university...any experience in this would help immensely!

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.

  2. I've seen this happen many times, usually if you take a prolonged break from your eduacation, not necessarily a semester but more like a year, you tend to not want to go back to school.  Besides, its better to just get school out of the picture first, that way you have the rest of your life to go and explore the world, career permitting of course.  Hope that helped.

  3. University.  If you ignore your studying you might as well throw your future in the toilet.

  4. Go back to school. You can always travel later. You want to be a freshman around people your age. Some people travel and never make it to school...

  5. If you know what career you want then go to university if not travel. I know so many people who have completed university and now wish they had studied something different. Now they have enrolled in other courses and have massive debt because they really didn't know what they wanted in the first place, they just went to uni because they thought that's what they were supposed to do. Many of my friends took a couple of gap years between high school and university so they could travel and experience life and they went to uni and are very successful now.

You are only young once and as you get older there is less time for fun and a lot of resposibility. I honestly believe travelling is a huge learning experience. You really find yourself and once you know who you are and what you want, you will be a very successful person.

A friend of mine wanted to study law and decided to take a gap year and go travelling and then come back and become an attorney, but when she got back she said she had learnt so much about herself and realised she doesn't want to study law she wants to be a psychologist. She's really happy with her life. On the other hand if you know what you want go for it and work towards your dream career and travel later.

It's completely up to you. Don't listen to anything anyone else tells you to do because you are the only one who can make that decision and the only one who knows what's right for you. No one else lives your life, you are the only one who has to be happy with it. I hope you find your path and live a really fulfilled life. All the best!!
