Should I trust Seat Guru or Spirit Air?

I am a first time flyer and will be traveling on Spirit Air. I pre purchased my seat assigments. Spirit Air's airplane chart shows my seats as "Exit Seats"...but Seat Guru shows them to be the row in FRONT of the Exit Row. Which do I beleive? I have the correct terminal and flight numbers too.

EDIT: I'm sorry you've been on hold, but unless someone on Yahoo Answers works for Spirit Air, you're probably not going to get a definite answer here.

I would not trust Spirit. Most exit row seating is assigned at the airport on the day of flight. They need to make sure that the person who is sitting in those seats is physically able to open the emergency door should something occur. I would verify this by calling the airline. Unfortunately, Spirit has very poor customer service, so you may have to wait until you get to the airport to verify your seats are exit row seats. Hopefully you did not get the seat in front of the exit row. They do not recline.
