Should I trust this sale on ebay?

I've just sold my first item on ebay I am based in UK - the winning bidder is based in Czech repubic he bid on it yesterday has no feedback and is a member since August 11th ie no time at all. He has contacted me asking for P & P - does this sound suspicious - should I go ahead - can I lose anything if I insist he pays using Pay Pal? Thanks for any help

Be advised a common international scam is to tell you that they will pay by using Paypal and then send you not money, but a fake email saying that Paypal has the money, but "can't" release it until you provide proof of shipping.

This sort of email is fake (Paypal is not an escrow service) and many sellers have fallen for it.
