  1. You don't have to run fast as long as you can hit the ball into the goal and try your best to win, you will do great!!!

  2. I don't know Yahoo! it.

  3. Just go for it.  Even if you don't make it, at least you gave it shot.  Plus, if it's something that you love doing it should be a good experience.

As for improving your running, just start running.  I'm a soccer player, and I started out about a year ago with just running around my block everyday. As soon as I got comfortable with that distance, I lengthened it. I can do a solid 2 K's now, I can make it 3 but it's tough.  Running every day will just make running more natural for you, and it will definitely improve your stamina.

If you decide to go to the practice, good luck!

  4. Even if your a slow runner, you should still try out anyway. If you don't make it at least you tried and that's all that counts. To improve your running skills, you should go jogging a little bit every day so you won't be getting tired or out of breath as fast and your muscles will push harder cause they will be used to it.

  5. Focus on academics.
