Should I try to lose 20-25 pounds? am i fat???

i'm really uncomfortable with my body, my stomach sticks out a bit, i think i need to lose a bit of weight. my friends keeps saying i don't need to,but isn't that their job? to tell me that everyone loves me for who i am? am i fat? please help. i'm 5'1 & 109 pounds. help me out, tell me how much i should lose so i'll finally be skinny. thanks!

  2. You look pretty normal. You are arching your back in the picture, which makes your stomach stick out. Eat healthy, exercise each day doing an activity you enjoy and believe your friends that you look good.

  4. You are certainly not fat. If you want to lose stomach, I suggest you do crunches and sit ups. You are not fat. That should be the least of your worries.  

  5. Girl you are skinny if that lil pooch is buggin u do some crunches, you don't need to loose weight to loose that.  Be happy with your body girl.  I would be happy to look as skinny as you.

    Its really disturbing when skinny girls say they are fat.

    Find attention some other way.

    If you were fat, your friends and family would tell you, and you would know when you look at yourself.

    Just work on toning your body and abs by doing sit ups/ crunches and other exercises. Aerobics works wonders if you do it for UP TO 60 mins a day (as little as 30mins) four times a week and  weights once a week. You will have the body you want in no time.  

  8. try just doing 30-50 sit ups/crunche each nite before u go to bed, this will turn some of that fat (wich you barely have) into muscle

  10. just stay active and eat healthy.  that's all u need to worry about.  u r not fat.  women are supposed to be alittle soft and curvey.  that's what makes us pretty.  ur friend mostly tell the truth.  they care about u and if they thought u were fat, they would tell u.  that's what friends do.  eat breakfast (keeps ur motabulisim up) and stay active, useing ur core (stomache area).  everything does that.  swimming, walking, running, sports, even swinging on a swing uses ur core.

    Now that my sarcasm is over, 109 is not fat unless you're an 8 year old. Unless this was intentional to get some attention, do crunches, thats what I do and my stomach stays in shape because of that.
