Should I try to lose 20 lbs of fat before I focus on gaining muscle or try to lose fat slowly while?

trying to gain the muscle at the same time?

I want to lose 20 lbs of fat and gain 20 lbs of muscle in 8 months

  1. if you train fat is fuel for your muscle. muscle weighs more than fat so 20lb of muscle is not the same size as 20lb of fat, training burns fat,  


  2. Exercise and a good diet would contribute to both. :)

  3. Eat healthily while having a strict and efficient workout. Doing cardio and weights/exercise is advised from me.

  4. It's easier to "convert" lbs of fat to lbs of muscle in same parts of the body, for example in the arms... Just do exercises and loose the weight while you're gainig muscles...
