Should I try to lose 20 pounds? Am I fat??? (pics included)?

i'm really uncomfortable with my body, my stomach sticks out a bit, i think i need to lose a bit of weight. my friends keeps saying i don't need to,but isn't that their job? to tell me that everyone loves me for who i am? am i fat? please help. i'm 5'1 & 109 pounds. help me out, tell me how much i should lose so i'll finally be skinny. thanks!

  1. I dont think your fat, but if your convinced that you are than noone can change your mind.

    Just change your body until YOU are happy with it.

    Because your friends arent you & they can't really change your mind if you opinion about yourself is bad.

    Personally, I think your body is nice & you shouldnt change it.


  2. you have to love your body whether you like it or you dont sweetie. God gave you this body and it depends how old are you it could be baby fat and if you insist than i recommend you go walking for at least half an hour a day. Eat salad and veggies and some fruit. You should also eat yogurt and apple sauce. EAT 6-8 SMALL amounts a day. Thats important. You can also take laxative pills like Senna because your stomach can have stooling. Doing crunches and squats help. DO NOT SIT DOWN ALL DAY! YOU HAVE TO GET URE bootie up (lol) to lose weight. Always be active. Dont slouch. Stick your tummy in and stand up straight. thatll change your posture immediately.

    Almost every girl worries about her appearence and im losing weight too.=]

    Also use clothing to help slim your body.

    ex. thunder thighs= boot cut dark jeans

    STAY AWAY FROM LOW RISE.

    if you top heavy then avoid bright shirts. wear clorful pants to captur ppls attention from your tummy.

  7. well im a model and sometimes my stomach sticks out a bit too but that depends on the type of jeans ur wearing.  try getting thinner material clothing and bigger sizes. everyone thinks models are like size 0 or 2.  yea right.  im a size 3/4/5 and ive been modeling for 10 years now.  anyway, ur at a perfect weight for ur height.  dont worry about it, u look good.

  10. you are skinny, if anything you could lose 4 pounds to fit the skinny "5 foot=100 pounds + 5 pounds per inch" rule.

    you're fine. if you really feel like you need to lose weight, you shouldn't go under 100 pounds. remember to EAT healthy and exercise.

  14. your at about a BMI of 20, a 20 for your height is average weight so you will not need to loose any weight.

  22. At that weight and height, you are extremely unlikely to be at all big, let alone need to lose weight. Enjoy yourself and love your body.

  24. yes u could loose wieght ur not fat but ur quite short so if u wanna b skinny look at sum bmi charts(but remember they make the 'normal' boundaries heigher so really fat girls dont feel so far away from skinny) but dont go lower than probably 17 kk

  26. Dude, I was just like you 2 or 3 years ago, I thought I was fat people told me I wasn't and it was very confusing. First off don't listen to other people, only listen to yourself. 5'1 and 109 pounds is not fat at all, but if you really want to lose some weight its up to you. My advice just work out when up for it and always make the right chioces when it comesto food and the most important thing is to have self-confidence.

    (Normal is from 18.5 to 25 Overweight from 25 to 30)

    Stomach looks fine. The body looks nice.

    If you really want to do something you may consider some abs exercises.
