I am unable to understand your querry clearly.

The way you have framed it looks as if everybody at work is ANGRY/UPSET/ANNOYED/UNHAPPY/FIGHT with you andyou want to know whether you have to make peace with one and all.!!!!

I dont think it is possible to make all people unhappy or upset at one and same time and that the issue is such you can pacify it and make peace with all.

Both appear most improbable.

SHOULD I BEFRIEND EVERYBODY AT WORKSPOT.

Well In any work spot there would be men,women of different age groups,belonging to different ethnic groups, having different educational backgrounds, having different skills

and working in different departments and at various levels,

white collared, blue collared etc plus occupying different

positions(designations)and also having different shifts every week and the number of coworkers would vary.

So I dont think you can befriend one and all, It is not possible. Many wont agree, Nor would you be comfortable.

You have to beselective in befriending coworkers and as the saying goes WATER FINDS ITS OWN LEVEL; BIRDS OF SAME FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER; you would in due course find some good thick friends.So just count your days and be alert. Opportunities would come along your way soon.

Always look well dressed. Clean habits at work spot. Never while away time. Keep a smiling face. Say HI to one and all when you meet first time in the day. Answer politely .Talk if talked to. Be brave to question any thing not done as per laid down procedures or violation of rules and regulations.

Be punctual. If you dont understand anything and need help dont hesitate to get clarifications and dont try to experiment or take law into your hands.
