Should I try to sell my Xbox? How much can I get for it?

Hey- I love my 360 but I kind of have a gut feeling it may get the RROD. It's given me the black screen where the game just stops and it says 'disc is unreadable might be dirty or scratched' even though the disk is fine and is working great. It's not the normal error where it won't let you play at all it just stops you in the MIDDLE of your game- randomly- only has happened 3 times in the last 4 months so it's not like a big deal- I just heard this might be a RROD comming at me.

Should I try to sell it? Or just keep it and get more games and if it breaks I just get it fixed?

It is 1 year old- I bought it from a friend who was tired of playing it for 200 dollars.

It has all the normal cables (high def included) - 2 wireless controllers, 3 battery packs, 4 games (Need For Speed Carbon, Simpsons hit and Run, Star Wars Battlefront, and Burnout Revenge)

Thats about it that I can think of.

How much can I sell it for- how much is it worth? Where should I sell it? (locally put up some ads or try ebay or a game exchange place?)

Thanks!

Also is the problem with the potential RROD - should I just have fun and keep playing or just try to get rid of it and get something else?

Thanks for any idears.
