  1. I would leave it on.You can see the dirt better with background light.

  2. yes

  3. yes you should if the liquid spill  and your computer screen was on you might fry the circuits. this would happen if you leave it on and you spilled down the back,ur in trouble.

  4. Hi, let me first of all introduced myself; I'm Edgar and I've worked with Microsoft. Please do turn off the computer while cleaning it with liquids, which I don't recommend, rather wet a cloth with the liquids as accidents might happen and some of that liquid can co-raw computer's part.

  5. Not necessarily, it won't make a difference. But to be safe, you should use cleaners that are made especially for electronics.

  6. yeah its safer that way

  7. obviously

  8. Its would be recommended

  9. Yes, you definitely should. Some people think that it is useless but it helps. Also you should probably go online and search your model number. Hopefully it'll tell you how to properly clean your screen. It did with my Samsung syncmaster. All the best!

  10. your spose to, but i dnt, doesnt really make a difference

  11. I don't think you should be using liquids

  12. nah no need to

it actually helps when its on

you see where the liquid is

i usually put abit of soapy water in a spray bottle for that

  13. you can see dirt and residue when its off

  14. When cleaning electronics, please follow the manufacturer's instructions.  Never use water!  For computer screens, I always spray rubbing alcohol on a paper towel and wipe it off.  Alcohol is good for electronics because it evaporates quickly.

  15. well if it's a hard screen then idc, but if it's a flat screen where if u press on it it  has this thing around ur finger then ya, i don't think you should be using liquids, either

  16. Yes you should.  I was always told too.

  17. spray the windex onto the paper towel then wipe the screen--never spray directly onto the screen

  18. Doesn't make any difference

  19. I don't ma'am

  20. It wont make that big of a difference, but just to be safe i would, assuming you have a CRT monitor of course

  21. It would be on the safe side I guess but you don't have to, I don't.

But maybe that's the reason it's weird!

    Just kidding.
