  1. I would say no, not all of it at least.

  2. Ben Franklin said, When you borrow money (credit card) you have spent money.  My advice is avoid non emergency debt at all costs.  If you borrow $3,500 and then somehow get into med school, you won't have much of an income for repayment several years.  By then the 3,500 will double and double.  Do a google news search on young people and college loans.

Can't understand your question. If you have not graduated from college what sort of $3,500 graduate course is it that will get you an undergrad degree and get you into Med School with out good grades. No offence but it sounds like a scam.

A suggestion: become a nurse.  My friends daughter was a mediocre student, became a nurse and got a $75,000 signing bonus plus excellent pay and her tuition debts forgiven.  Now that she is financially secure she is getting additional degrees to become a Physician's assistant, for even better pay .

  3. No. Get a job and pay with cash.

  4. If this is your only option.  It is better not to use credit cards but what do you do when it is your only option?  You use it.

  5. It depends. Do you have the MEANS to make the credit card payments. If you don't have a job or a plan on how to repay it, don't do it. You'll go into default faster than you can say "amen"

  6. You would be much better taking out a student loan than charging it to a credit card.  Keep in mind, a credit card will charge around 20% (or more) in interest.  A student loan can defer your payment until you graduate, making it much cheaper  for you to attend at an interest rate that is fair.  If you can't get a student loan, pay as much as you can on the credit card and don't charge another dime to it all semester.

  7. if there is no way to pay your tuition, i think you have to use your credit card.. OR you can ask your parent  for a help and then you can pay them later..

  8. I would ask your Financial Aid office to go on a Payment Plan.  This way you can pay your tuition off through the year gradually.  This is what I always did.

You can also try applying for a FAFSA.
