Question:

Should I use ice then hot for my groin injury or just hot?

I pulled my groin paying ice hockey last week. First time ever. I felt fine the last few days and played last night and it starting hurting agian. I kept playing like an idiot. Anyway.....

Not sure to just apply warm/hot on and off or do cold/hot intervals.....I am going to skip playing for a few weeks now :O(

  1. Ahh that must hurt like h**l. Put ice on it when it is bothering you the most. Use a heating pad or a hot towel before doing activities, like exercising or stretching. Gentle stretching and low-impact exercise might help, but be careful not to over-do it. Feel better and I hope you get to playing hockey again soon. :)
