Question:

Should I use itunes with my ipod or my husband's site that is cheaper?

My husband and I are arguing because I just got my own mac, itouch, and ipod shuffle. He wants me to use his site to download music, which is cheaper. He says that itunes is a rip off. My problem is that I am not savvy with technology, and I just want simplicity, which I heard that itunes is very good with. Would he have to download my songs on his computer, put them on a disk, and then download it to my computer? Would this even work? Sorry...several questions here. I appreciate your time!

  1. Use the cheapest method...Limewire

  2. Use iTunes...

Their music is higher quality than most online music stores, it's easy to use, and it's actually quite cheap. Look at the cost of a CD these days.

You could burn a CD on your husband's computer, but you'll lose quality when you put them back on your computer and it can take a while if your not familiar with the process.

It is possible to buy music from other online stores and import the songs into iTunes, but there's a chance they might not be compatible. Since you already have an iPod Touch, iTunes is your best option.

I highly recommend iTunes for its simplicity, high quality, large selection, and affordability!

  3. it may be cheaper to use your husbands site but it is a lot more difficult to get it to itunes so you are able to use the songs or whatever for your ipod.  using itunes would make it so much simpler. if you do use your husbands  site, you would have to copy them to a disk to get them to your computer.

  4. i think itunes might be more simple

  5. why cant you just goto the website he uses on your computer

anyway he probly could but them on a cd them to your computer but you would haft to buy the cd's

anyway to the guy who said limewire it can have viruses and sometimes doesnt have the songs you want

what i do is find the music on youtube and rip the music from the video

  6. geez

    well

itunes probably will have more music and is easier

so if you can stand up to telling your husband your a die-heart mac fan, then i would say go for it
