Should I use my #4 waiver priority to pick up Schaub and drop Rivers?

schaub is actually pretty good i would consider him to be the Derek Anderson of last year. He put pretty good numbers when he played and they'll probably pass more since they still dont have a RB unlike Rivers who has LT
