Should I use the complete acne therapy system form neutrogena?

Hi :] Right now I dont have much acne but I have alot of black heads, minor bumps and acne stains. (not severe, just a few) my friend recommended this product and she does have a clear face. She only has 2 little blemishes and shes on her period so yeah. Im afraid that if I use it i might break out more! Ive seen people go trough with this. My brother says it will only make it worse (even though he knows s**+* about this) Anyone??

1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.
