Should I use utorrent with the risk of getting caught ?

Should I download a few games sims 2 and gta 4 for my pc for free or run the risk of getting caught and play the games for a lot of fun ?

Well, naturally i should be telling you it's against the law so you shouldn't be doing it. But no, i highly doubt you would get "caught". Most likely your ISP would be able to see what you were doing, but there's very little chance they would do anything about it: Here in the UK at least, they have to send you a letter telling you to cease and desist and for you to then ignore that before they could begin to do anything further about persuing the matter.

All in all it's really up to your conscience.
