Should I wait for him?

I like this guy but he has a girlfriend so I'm not flirting with him, but rather just getting to know him as a friend. It's funny though because I don't usually bother with guys who are taken since, I mean, who wants to be "the other woman", you know? Anyway, there's just SOMETHING about him that I am drawn to. I don't know what it is, but I'm just wondering if I should wait for him or forget about him?

Just stop thinking about the situation, and let time tell you what's going to happen.  If they break up, go for it, if they don't so be it.  But one thing is try not to get your hopes up, try not to plan for anything, because it may end up going the way you want it to, but when it doesn't it hurts a whole heck of a lot more.

I would back off a bit because the more you talk to him the more you will like him. If you still feel strongly for him when/if he breaks up with his girl then start talking to him again and see what happens.

Usually if a guy has a girlfriend and talking to another girl then he is missing something in his relationship with his girlfriend.  I'm sure that the girlfriend doesn't know that he is talking to you.  But if you guys are talking and learning more about each other and you think that he is thinking what you are, then he probably likes you too.  If you guys are talking like you are getting together and he is serious and you really like him and he likes you,  then wait for him.  But if I were you, I wouldn't wait that long.
