Should I wait or bring it up?

I like one of my really good friends as more than a friend. She just broke up with her boyfriend, but she's insists she's perfectly fine. She's a very positive girl, and...well...I've always thought she was cute. What really surprised me was when I told my best friend (who's a girl) and she said she already knew! And that it was obvious! So she offered to ask this girl how she felt about me. Later on, she told me that my friend wanted to talk to me about where we stand... I'm ready now, but I don't think my friend is. I talk to her (the girl I like) quite a bit, and she's still yet to bring anything up about the matter. Should I bring up the possibility of a relationship, or should I wait for her?

just be sweet offer to bring her to dinner and a movie as friends. on the drive back home if things are going really good just be like. you know i've liked you for awhile. and smile at her. and be like i'd really like to be your boyfriend. but if you need time to just be single i understand and i'll be here waiting whenever your ready

I would ask her. Especially if the girl is shy, it can be difficult for friends to bring up the possibility of a relationship.

just dont come on as too aggressive or anything.

I say wait only because she might think your just a pig trying to pick her up on the rebound. No offense. But I'm not a girl so I may be wrong.
