  1. I believe campus health insurance programs can only be used as a secondary to your regular insurance, so yes, you probably don't need it. :)


  2. Campus health insurance programs do differ from one university to the next.

    Probably your best bet is to give a quick call to whoever is in charge of the plan at UC Berkeley and they will be able to tell you right away.
