Should I wear a Obsidian shield, Rune kite, or rune defender?

Question

obsidian shield is expensive. Rune kite gives better def bonus than obsidian shield and rune defender. Obsidian shield gives str. Rune defender gives attack and str bonuses but has bad defense. I have all 3 at the moment, I wonder what to wear if I go training or if I go to fight players. Help please.

use the rune defender because it has similar stats to obby shield and has  good atk bonus

I think you should wear the obsidian shield for its good defense and decent str bonus.unless u want to train str on easier monsters.

HOW THE h**l DOES RUNE KITE HAVE MORE DEFENCE THEN OBSIDIAN O_o ??

Rune Defender is the Best there...unless ur training slayer or something

rune defender is the best out of the three..im a lvl 125 so i should know..gl in the game
