Well, When you say swimming pool it has a couple meanings

If your SWIMMING, i don't think that would be the best thing to do, in case they slip out, Most swimmers use there mouth to take large breaths so that might be the time when the Retainers just MIGHT slip out

Don't worry Chlorine wont effect it, Retainers are designed to Sustain in most substances

But if your playing in the water, just watching after children or something. It should be fine retainers shouldn't fall off.
