  1. I would wear your wedding dress again. I think it's nice for your guests to see you all dressed up. Plus, you will get good use out of your dress!   =)

  2. People would definitely love to see you in your wedding gown. But if you prefer, you can wear any nice cocktail dress, or whatever is appropriate for the party you're throwing. If you choose not to wear you gown, make sure there are plenty of photos from the ceremony on tables or in albums or as a slideshow, so that people can see how beautiful you looked!

  3. yes wear your dress :)

  4. of course wear it !!!!!!!!!!!

  5. That's what my fiance's sister did. She got married at a beach 8 hours away and came home and her reception was a month later. She had her ceremony videotaped and after the guests at the reception got done watching the ceremony on a projector...they did their grand entrance. It was like the guests were just at the ceremony and the reception was right after. Definitely wear the dress. That's half the reason you got the dress anyway...to flow around the reception!

  6. yes i would

  7. There is nothing wrong with wearing your wedding dress again.  I know that brides do this all the time, when they have destination weddings.

Since none of your family and friends were present, I'm sure they will want to see you in it.

  8. yess (=

  9. I think you should totally wear the dress! If you're having a small ceremony but a big party everyone will want to see it!

  10. uh yeaah.

  11. What kind of dress is your wedding dress? If it is an appropriate evening dress, then by all means wear it for an evening party -- which is what your "reception" is. If it is the big stylized princess-for-a-day style "Wedding Dress", then it would be a little over-the-top -- but that seems like a rather odd thing to wear for a wedding that's just the two of you.

  12. How much money did you spend on the dress? How often do you plan to wear it?

A wedding dress is too expensive to be a throw-away gown but too special to be worn often. Use it while you can!

Wear it to the wedding and the reception! Everyone's going to want to see you looking your best. And you'll feel special all over again.

  13. It is totally up to you. If you want to wear your wedding dress again, then go for it. If you don't, then just wear something nice.

  14. Go for it.I would.Let everyone see you in your dress.

  15. I would definitely wear your wedding dress. You could always wear it for the beginning of the reception and then change into a different outfit for the latter part of the reception. Congratulations!

  16. i agree with Texas.

  17. This is what my sister did this summer. They went to the mountains to be married in a small wedding chapel, but when they returned, they had a big reception and both the bride and groom wore their wedding outfits. I'm glad they decided to do this because my sister isnt real 'girly' and it was amazing to see her all 'dolled' up!

I think it's a great idea and I'm sure your guests/family will want to see you in your wedding garb.

  18. You can wear whatever you want to wear! :) If you want to wear your wedding dress do it, if you want to wear something simple go for that!
