Whatever you feel comfortable in, usually full face helmets are worn in more extreme riding, like racing and downhill.

The one that covers the chin and everything because your handling a different of machinery. (bike helmets are more better for bikes than skate helmets)

You want a bike helmet (not a skate helmet) but no it doesn't need to cover your chin etc.
