I'm a Finance major Student, I have a year and half (3 semesters) before I graduate. I have work experiences (sales, Admin etc) but not in financial industry, and want to have a part time job while I'm in school and get experiences in the area.

Now I have offered a part time job at a Bank and a Securities Company and I need to decide which offer I will accept. For a Bank, I would have one job under one boss untill graduate and continue same job as full time after graduate.

Securities company seems to have different spots that I can taste different positions and will get to know my likes & dislikes in finance area, but I'm not sure if there would be an openeing for me when I graduate.

Which job would be a better opportunity for me? Please someone help me to make a decision.

  1. The bank position offers a "sure thing", and great experience for a post-graduate resume, should you decide not to stay.
