Should I work or spend time with my parents?

Right now I'm self-employed and look for a real job too. The thing I'm concerned about is that my parents will come over to visit me in September for two weeks. And I didn't see them for three years. So should I wait for them and spend more time with them, or add a thing about me being able to start work in October to my resume.

Well tell them your working, you have your own life too, they have to understand that, tell them you'll visit them when your off work. :)

Can't you do both? Just balence out your time for each.

A family is the most precious thing on earth, I used to have one and I regret not spending every possible moment with them. I wasted it on a job, boyfriend etc. Dont make the same mistake, see your parents and have the best two weeks of your life.

There are thousands of jobs for you but only one family...dont miss the opportunity to be part of it...
