The time you should worry is when the computer breaks and you bring it somewhere to be repaired....  If they (repair place) sees anything on there, they're required to call the police who will confiscate the computer & get the forensics folks to determine the age of the people in the images.

My suggestion is if your computer breaks and you can't fix it yourself - throw it away.

Why would you be worried? I doubt the models are under 18. If they are minors, and if law enforcement is monitoring the site, they'd go after the website owners, not somebody who happened across the site.
