Should I worry about these bumps? Are they herpes?

I went in for a pelvic exam & blood draw 3-4 weeks ago. All my results came back normal. This was 6 months after my last normal test results. I had my new boyfriend get tested before we had s*x & he came back normal as well. About 1-2 weeks ago, I got these little bumps on my butt next to the vaginal area. The area that creases when you stand. They look like little heat rash bumps. I got these when it was very hot & I was sweating. They aren't pimples, not itching or burning, they are just there. The skin is normal just 5-6 small bumps. However, I'm worried that they could be an STD?

  1. that's not herpes hun, those suckers burn like h**l!

It could be due to the sweat. But if you're worried, ask your doc.

  2. The good news- It could just be related to the sweating or other trapped moisture and/or non-serious bacteria, it could be a matter of personal cleanliness, if there is hair in that area you could have ingrown hairs, especially if you shave.

The bad news- Not all STDs come back immediately on tests, HIV can take a whole year to show! And just because you are tested for an STD he could still lie unless you saw the actual results in a letter or something. Even if your married a doctor legally is not allowed to tell your partner without your consent if you have an STD. And you don't know he could even have another partner that you don't know about or you could cheat on him. (Not saying you would.)

  3. if u were wearing tight pants, when it was hot and u were sweating, then it could be just a sweat or heat rash. herpes usually comes with lots of pain itching, burning and tingling sensations under the skin where the rash is. some times trouble peeing and swollen genitals are involved with flu like symptoms. plus u would be in a lot of discomfort when u walk around. herpes is usually not tested for in a pelvic exam or pap smear, those are used to detect HPV. u should get a separate swab test done of the rash for herpes at the doctor or clinic if your that worried about it.

  4. It doesnt sound like herpes...Herpes is very painful blisters.  If you both got tested then Im sure you are fine..Probably just a heat rash or something simple like that..

  5. check out this website...it is very informative.  has all the information you need about HIV and STDS.  http://www.sexhealthguru.com/index.php?s...
