Question:

Should I write?

I've just today received my child sponsorship package for the little girl I'm sponsoring through SOS Children's Villages! I've been waiting for this to arrive for 3 weeks so I'm pretty excited. She is such a cutie and I want to write a letter, include a photo of myself and also a sheet of stickers.

She's only 5-years-old. Should I send her something like this? Or should I not bother writing at all? I don't know if she understands the whole sponsorship thing and if she would know (or care) who I am.

What are your opinions on this?

  1. i think you should [:

make sure it's at the level that a five-year-old could understand, and even if she can't read it, there could be an older or older kid to help her read it. or she could look back at it when she's older.

i think your ideas are great, and you should definitely go along with them!

  2. I think you should definitly write, but keep it simple so that she can understand. stickers are a great idea! i'm sure she would love that. and her mom will definitly read it to her and explain. im sure they would both really appreciate this.

    hope this helps :]

  3. Cc027 is definitely right.. i dont think photo is that important.. it would be nice also if you meet her in person..
