I think yes ! India should have such kind of organisation , because almost every year the terrorist activities are increasing , and today's Bangalore serial blast , Jaipur blast , , Mambai blast ...... & many more examples , once in a year our country is facing the terror , distruction , and it has been hindering India's progress ! i think we must definately form such Team  ! i completely agree with you !

Yes and if it is already in existence, it needs to be given more teeth and needs to be far more efficient.
