    He should have done at the time, but it's probably gone on far too long now and any apology would seem forced. Bridge got his revenge with that non-handshake and Manchester City's 4-2 win over Chelsea last week so he's probably quite happy. The two might not like each other, but loads of footballers don't like each other.
