Should Jeff Lacey have a rematch with Calzage in the U.S. ?

Lacy couldn't win the Calzaghe, If they fought in america, jamaica or tokyo...

You want to know why?, Lacy is a brawler, Calzaghe is a boxer, Lacy couldn't even knock out Manfredo in America, & you think he'd do what he couldn't do to Manfredo to Calzghe?

Don't talk stupidity, any true boxing neutral will tell you, Calzaghe would cruise to a easy victory by points

I pretty much agree with all the other people..........and i'm from Lacy's hometown of St Pete, FL.     It's very apparent that the worst thing that Jeff did was take that first fight with Calzaghe.............Jeff was one of a select few that were being highly touted as the next big things in boxing...........and with his physique and power he would've been a gigantic draw................unfortunately for him his career can no be divided into two parts.............before Calzaghe and after Calzaghe............i'm not trying to bad mouth Jeff but his career has nosedived since that fight..............I actually saw Jeff fight here in Tampa after that Calzaghe fight and there was a point where he got rocked and his legs went to spaghetti...........he won on a decision............he also was supposed to fight here in Tampa I think against Tarver but he pulled out of the fight for some reason.    Jeff needs to take some easier opponents and get his confidence back.........he really hasn't fought that much since that Calzaghe fight and that's been a while ago now.............the last thing i'll say is that Lacy is not even on Calzaghe's radar at all at the moment...........Calzaghe has Hopkins and then if he wins that then he could fight anyone from Pavlik to Chad Dawson to Roy Jones Jr...........I hope Jeff finds his way back to where he was but first he needs to just get in the ring and that's something he's had problems with since the Calzaghe fight..

Jeff could have a rematch with Calzaghe in his mother's living room it wouldnt make a difference.  He was foolish enough to underestimate Calzaghe the first time and he was soundly beaten and embarrased.  

I dont think Lacey won a round.  You think having a fight on US soil would make a difference? I dont think so.  This time Calzaghe stops him in 9

I agree with galactus177, completely. The fight wasn't close and I had personally scored all twelve rounds in favor of Calzaghe. Lacy was never ready to first Calzaghe the first time and I don't see what he could possibly do differently to beat him a second time, which they fight in Europe or North America. Lacy clearly hasn't been the same since his defeat. I don't know if the lost has taken anything away from him or if his shoulder that was severely injured a couple years ago is worse than everyone thinks.
