To me, it would be a good idea if Jiu-Jitsu (Brazilian and Japanese) would be added to the Olympics. Taekwando and Judo are already in the Olympics, so why not add another Martial Art? Do you think it would be a good idea to add Jiu-Jitsu to the Olympics?

  1. The people who keep saying that the various martial arts need to be olympic events need to go learn something about the two that are in the olympics right now.

The only reason why Tae-kwon-do, and Judo are in the olympics is because they are the two most widely practiced martial arts in the world. Sorry dude, jujitsu isn't in alot of countries. That is why they are getting rid of baseball and softball.

  2. My boyfriend would love that, lol

  3. I think the IOC will say they already have enough martial arts.

But hey, why not! I know a lot of people who do Jiu-Jitsu. They could remove rhythmic gymnastics (something that is really only done in Russia or eastern-europe anymore) to make room and I wouldn't even notice it was gone.

  4. yeah that would be cool
