Should Joe Biden's record of disceit and lies be a concern?

I don't think that anyone that has their eyes and ears open will always come up with an original speech.  Many times speeches are quoted, especially if there is something of substance being said.  We don't reinvent the wheel every day and politicians are the same way.  So this is not a concern for me.  What is a concern is we get our country away from our dependance of foreign oil.

Yes, it should be.  This is an actual serious issue that people should consider when voting--rather than the tabloid bullsh*t.  And his constant flip-flopping on issues in Senate are a major issue.  People call McCain senile, but Joe Biden can't remember what party he belongs to half the time.
