If you have a bad temper,  you don't need to be president period whether you are a POW or not.

He also screwed around on his crippled wife and then ditched her for his wealthy Mistress Cindy.

Should we excuse him for  that because he is a POW too?

I don't think McCain will use the POW excuse because has been given a better answer. He admits having a bad temper, but says he's matured and has learned to control it over the years.
