Should Johnny Weir have won?

Even a week after the nationals have ended, there is still much talk going around that Johnny Weir got ripped off. It is becoming a big controversy. Both Johnny and Evan finished with the same amount of points, yet Evan took the crown. I know that Evan won the free skate, but the new judging system does not say anything about having someone win the freeskate to decide the tie breaker of those points. The ISU has to do something here, and quick, because there are angry people everywhere. The majority have felt that Johnny should of won. I feel another 2002 olympic scandal coming on.

I think Johnny Weir should have gotten AT LEAST bronze. I dont think he did better than Evan whatshisface, but he did way better than 6th!! I mean, the guy in 3rd fell AND stopped in the middle! come one, Johnny  just slipped!!!
