  1. This man has risen through the ranks and now he cries "wolf " what a hypocrite, when he has got to the top. He has one big chip on his shoulder, and it should be knocked off, and demoted. It has happened to better men than him.Why is it they all come here, get jobs, rise to the top, and then start moaning. If it does not suit his big ego I suggest he goes to his own Country where perhaps he could become the Commander, and then he could lord it over his men underneath him. Why is it that people like him always start on this Country when they are getting a living from us. They are never satisfied  whatever they do or what we do either.

  2. Yes. How dare he? Ghaffur is one of the top coppers in the land, and he has the audacity to claim discrimination. It serves that lefty liberal Ian Blair right, to have his PC attitude thrown back in his face by this ungrateful wretch.

  3. Two grown ups with indoor squabbling that ended up with street brawling?

Living in misery with faulty education and communication system?

    Genesis 11. 1, 6

    What do you think?

  4. This is a classic tactic in institutional racism.  Hide it under the carpet.  No discussion.  Shhhhhh........

The British Police Service is an inherently racist organisation.

  5. Yes and years ago.He is always moaning and getting tax payers money

for it.He has had thousands in compensation plus paid time off work

    claiming stress.

  6. Yes

  7. Only time will tell exactly what's gone on

  8. wouldn't be politically correct would it. your race should not automatically give you promotions.

  9. Yes!!!!!!

How can he claim discrimination when he has such a high-powered job?

Or is it just because he can't have the job he wants it must be because he is asian?

Maybe he had such great promotion in the first place just to meet quotas and he doesn't deserve the job he has.

    It makes me sick!!!!!!!!!

  10. Police officers, regardless or colour, race or sexual preference do not have a RIGHT to promotion.  And believing yourself to be capable of doing a job does not mean you ARE capable.

There are many reasons why someone applying for a high ranking police position would be considered unsuitable for a particular job.  He or she might have the qualifications but not the right attitude.  He or she might have years of experience but perhaps not in that particular area. It could be that he or she has reached the limit of his or her capabilities and has climbed as high as they can hope for.  Or it might just be that the person doing the interviewing feels that he or she doesn't have the right personality for the job.

Whatever the reasons, the choice is up to the Commissioner and if I was him I wouldn't have chosen this guy either.  He seems to be very opinionated and outspoken, overconfident and actually comes across as arrogant.   I don't think he would be an easy person to work with nor would I be able to trust someone who used the press to obtain what he wanted.   This guy is so arrogant that he has thrown down the gauntlet and declared war against the Met.  I just hope he doesn't get away with it and is asked to resign - and the sooner the better.

  11. I don't know. I'd have to find out how many white officers of his ability and rank also failed to get a promotion, before deciding if it was anything to do with race.

Gut feeling, though? Like any hierarchy, the power structure is essentially a pyramid, meaning only a very few can get to the top. He should be proud to have got as far as he already has, and not assume that any failure to move further up is due to his ethnic origin.

  12. The answer to your question is a resounding .......... YES!

This 'officer' has risen to his present position, not on merit but by 'accelerated advancement' he has also undermined the Metropolitan Police & Community Policing throughout the UK for many years!

If he was not Asian, he would have been sacked long ago!
