Should McCain start walking with a cane?

Why would he do that? As far as I know, he has no mobility problems.

He is getting up in age and waddles like a duck but, I don't really know if it's because he's getting older or if it's because of Viet Nam war injuries. As far as does he need a cane, I'm not sure that he needs one right now. He still seems to get around pretty good.
