Andy Murray has withdrawn from Marseille to recover from his Australian Open campaign, provoking the tournament chief Jean-Francois Caujolle to state, according to the 'Daily Express', that: “The number one seed of a tournament [i.e., Murray] should have a sense of responsibility. If he does not respect his commitments, he should be suspended by the ATP." So, should the Scot be suspended?

No. It’s not great form to pull out of an event two years running and clearly weakens the quality of the tournament (which is also without Juan Martin del Potro due to a wrist injury), but Murray surely wouldn’t have withdrawn unless he felt either physically or mentally he wasn’t up for the challenge.
