Should I Wait For The Christmas Sale Of An Apple Macbook Black 4GB Or Wait For The Sale Of A Dell I Want A Mac But Can't Decide I Will Probably Buy It From Best Buy

Don't go with Macs, go with Windows! It is way better and is the most compatible operating system you can use!

Well you could wait for christmas sale and wait for the prices to come down. But typically they will have newer models. And you will be salivating on those new models at Christmas. And those will be more expensive!!!..  

If you follow the pattern, The latest and greatest,  fully loaded mac costs around the same at any given point in time!!!

Macbooks are better, but they cost quite a lot more, I go for PC's all the way...

windows isn't nearly as bad as it was when 98 was out. pc's are much cheaper, and more games/software/components are made for them. I wouldn't go with a dell though. I do not like the way dell builds their systems. go with a gateway or an acer. tigerdirect.com has a gateway laptop for 500$ thats is exceptionally good.

I like Mac's, but I'm far too used to Windows to convert. Plus Mac's are too darn expensive -- and they can't play games.

It all depends on what OS you like, really. But if you pick a Mac, you can still use Windows (if you own one) by running it on Parallels.
