they should, but it might turn into another "manufacturer" witch-hunt that affects others. if nascar put a talent restrictor plate on those from the same manufacturer, kurt might be put at an unfair disadvantage - at least as long as he's struggling at penske.

it's not the busch's fault they were born with more talent - they were manufactured according to the same rules as everybody else. and as a busch brothers' fan, i'd be REALLY upset, as would their parents, who would then have to issue a statement...

I'm one of the biggest Kyle haters on here, I wish nascar could. Hehe. Maybe have him drive with only his left hand and left leg. Maybe that would level out the field a little. He is a very good driver and all you true Kyle fans, not the bandwagon fans, deserve it. Sticking with him after making, last year, what looked to be an unwise career move going to a car that hadn't won in a while. Obviously that couldn't be further from the truth.

yep looks like thats all they could do now since the chevy and ford people kept cryin over their engines and they cut down toyotas horsepower , the funny thing is they turn toyotas horsepower down and kyle still leads 197 of 200 laps . so other than kyle just beatin them on talent what other excuse can they come up with now that they have cut the power down on the toyotas.
