BUT, the TEAM owners should REFUSE to pay for the tires, and NASCAR should FINE Goodyear and open the series to bidding for a new tire manufacturer.

Maybe win a driver gets hurt because of the c**p tire they bring to the track NA$$$$$$$$$CAR will challenge them to biuld better tire by threating to pull there contract...or just give them a boot to a company wh can get the job done correctly.
