Should NORTH Ossetia be reunited with South Ossetia in one country and become independent of Russia.?

Question

Since Russia is such a great supporter of small nations and liberty..

that it supported the South Ossettians in their wish for their own country and their goal of self determination.

Will Russians now support the Ossetians in their wish for the reuninification of ALL Ossetians in one independent country..

Or are they against an independent Ossetia.. and this latest war was just a pretext to annex part of neighboring to make a Bigger Russia.

Russia has its interests. Nobody makes philontropy in politics. It is obviously.  North Ossetia will be russian. Soth Ossetia will be Russian if ossetians wish protectability from geogrian genocide or independent if they wish. [I think it will be independent. It seems it will be too big conflict with Europe and USA if Ossetia becomes Russian]

Russia has no intention of supporting an independent South Ossetia.  This is a pretext to install a pro-Russian puppet government in Tbilisi... and to eventually annex South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

You absolutely do not know the fact.

North Ossetia has _never_ expressed the desire to withdraw from the Russia.

Ossetians have always supported Russia in the Caucasus.

For example, my great-great-grandfather fought in the composition of Russian troops from the Turks in the Balkans.

Obviously, Look at Chechnya, Putin and Dmitry helps  South Ossetia free from Georgia. they will help Chechnya next? what am i thinking?

Definitely South Ossetia have guts against Georgia, not so with North Ossetia against Russia, definitely don't have any blls.

Well, I have never heard that Russia expressed any support of independent of S. Ossetia. I think that Russia should not. Remember that Russia was against independency of Kosovo. So must it be in the Ossetia's matter.
